Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center (PVHMC) is committed to developing mutually beneficial relationships and supporting local and underserved minority businesses. Underrepresented businesses often include small, minority-owned, women-owned, LGBTQ+-owned, and disabled veteran-owned businesses.
What is PVHMC looking for?
PVHMC is eager to work with local and underrepresented businesses. PVHMC is excited to announce that we are now utilizing SupplierGATEWAY to identify and manage vendor diversity reporting, comply with Assembly Bill 962, and provide a platform for these businesses to identify and promote themselves for the opportunity to participate in our purchasing programs.
How do I register my company?
To register as a potential supplier, click “Register” in the top right corner. There is no cost to complete the registration in the portal. We recommend that you have copies of your certifications and other relevant business documents when you register. The website will allow you to edit your registration as needed. The registration does not have to be completed in one session.
We recommend that your profile include as much product, service, capability information, brochures, and product literature as possible.
We encourage you to maintain up-to-date information in the SupplierGATEWAY so that our buyers always have accurate information about your company. Once registration is complete, the SupplierGATEWAY platform will automatically e-mail you with a confirmation.
What comes next?
To participate in opportunities with PVHMC, you must complete your registration process within SupplierGATEWAY. Registration in the system ensures that your profile is immediately available to buyers searching for companies that provide the goods and services you deliver. Registering your organization allows you to participate and compete for future business, but it is not a promise or commitment of business with PVHMC.
